I like how simple this site is to use - you just insert the link you want to be shortened, and it edits on the spot. It also provides really great analytics and makes it very easy to see what clicks are coming from where. It is super simple and can really be used by anyone, no matter what their experience with tech is. I also like how the interface is laid out, it makes it very easy to look and see where engagement is coming from and where the link is appearing (socials, native, websites etc). I do with there were more options for free users, but if you pay for the full package it is very useful and a great value. I will say as a free user you also are limited to the amount of links you can have at once, so you do need to constantly swap them out which can be frustrating. As I said above, It has some great features, but still, this software has a lot to improve-
1. In my sense, this software looks challenging for the newbie. If you are new to this software, you need to spend a few minutes understanding what they are telling you. Then you can go to the next step. I think they need to give you a clear idea about this software in a simple way and they can improve this.
