we have a sheet where we keep all of our passwords and when i go to that sheet to search for a particualr password, i have to open a ton of cells in order to locate the password, like, is there a way to search for things through a search engine in smartsheet itself?

If note taking is not the purpose of Smartsheet, I totally understand. But could be interesting to be able to connect a sheet of notes to a Smartsheet.

I'd like to have data flow into SmartSheet, and if possible, I'd really like it to flow back to the SQL db. We're currently looking into an API to make this happen, but if there's a better solution, I'd love to explore it.

I have a sheet with artist bio information about a performer. When they open the Form their specific bio information is already filled in and all they have to do is either edit the existing data, add new or click "ok".
