What do you like best about SmartPublisher?
We utilize Smart Publisher to keep track of all our sales by our reps and also track placement for our digital and print ads. It’s a huge database for us that holds years upon years of information Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about SmartPublisher?
The software itself is very outdated and searching for a particular client sale is not always a streamlined process. It does hold a ton of information in regards to each sale, but in order to find it you have to know exactly what you’re searching for. When we run reports for upcoming digital e-newsletters due, the system exports into an excel sheet with a lot of unnecessary other data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
