What do you like best about Smartly?

I like the design of the interface, as well the opportunity to visualize my performance data. Besides that I really like the support chat option, where everybody is pretty fast and helpful in replying.

And of course the biggest advantage is the creative part. Creating templates for videos and dynamic ads are easy and helped me a lot to create a variety of my ads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smartly?

Just one small thing, which is not really bad. The overview for the campaigns is visualized in a pivot table which I don't really prefer. And I hope that new platforms besides facebook and pinterest will be on boarded asap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Smartly?

The time you save with the ease and efficiency to create campaigns is incredible. In addition to the functions offered by Smartly that doesn't have Business Manager are very helpful as being able to save an ad in the library and then be able to select it in another campaign or ad set is wonderful! Automation of the platform. Deploy quickly new gets to new language. In our case we work in 7 languages in a lot of different egos so it's really critical for us, for sure.

What do you dislike about Smartly?

The economical model if you have a big account that is mature. You feel sometimes you don't get enough value for the price you pay. Not true at the beginning but could be true after several months.

Platform has often "glitches". Deploying ourselves the campaign is always challenging. Often we have to use support on chat and you have to explain the full story to get help and this can take a lot of time.

Sometimes the platform is frustrating when your campaigns are not validated or setup is finally not right you have to redo from scratch.

A tool that helps you optimize your Facebook Campaigns in a much better way. Helps reducing the CPL of the campaigns. The lookalike expansion feature & the ad rotation feature really helps to know the exact performance of the ads. Ad rotation feature also enables the paused creatives. need more authority on whih ad to run. may be we can just select the ones we want to rotate. the support is better as compare to any ai tool. they respons quickly and help us with the issues though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Smartly?

Setting rules in place to automatically boost certain page posts on Facebook was a huge time saver.

Campaign optimisation is to a higher level than directly on the ad platform. You can optimise towards conversions outside of that platform (e.g. optimising Facebook towards Google floodlights). Sharing budget pools across multiple campaigns and scaling spends of those campaigns based on performance has worked very well for us.

The Automated Ads feature; the interface of the more common features it's easy to use (it's the advanced features the ones that you need to read more about to be able to understand it); being able to see more than 1 account in the same results table; the support chat it's always helpful; the optimisation rules are easier to manage than in the Facebook platform; the creatives template feature. What do you dislike about Smartly?

Some restrictions on the Automated Ads feature (like don't being able to change something after the campaign is created); when you are in a campaign and go from ad set level to ad level (or the way around), sometimes it takes too long to load; that the filters on the campaign tab will reset if I refresh the page.
