What do you like best about Smartly?

I love how Smartly makes me save time at work. Everything is automatised and I can make sure l am avoiding errors.

What do you dislike about Smartly?

Sometimes there are campaign that do not go through but there is no explanation for that. It would be better to receive a message saying why it did not work and how l can solve the problem. What do you like best about Smartly?

We have great Smartly partners that support us and regularly communicate any product updates or any changes they think may have a material impact to our campaigns. If there are ever any issues whether it be from due to a bug, the feed or auction dynamics issues on the FB front, they're quick to respond and are involved in our communications with Facebook to provide solutions and assistance. What do you dislike about Smartly?

There can be frequent bugs in the platform which result in manual or tedious edits or workarounds and defeat the purpose of editing in bulk. This primarily happens with our dynamic ads. There are also some product limitations such as not allowing videos in DAL. One of our biggest limitations (which may be more of a FB limitation) is that we're not able to run one campaign with a dynamic earnings estimate based on the users location. What do you like best about Smartly?

The the way in which you can optimise campaigns to prioritise spend towards certain metrics such as 15Second Views, Reach, post likes etc really is a game-changer. The help team always reply basically within a minute and have solved every issue I have Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Smartly?

We are an e-commerce in the fashion industry that runs a high number of ads in many countries. As a paid social specialist I am super happy to use Smartly on my daily base. It makes my life way easier! We run regular campaigns, Dynamic Ads campaigns, we do A/B tests, lead traffic to the site, etc. I will definitely keep using the tool and recommending it to other people. What do you dislike about Smartly?

I have encountered a couple technical issues from time to time, which I rapidly report to the team. Some get fastly solved and others take more time. Another thing I would improve is the messaging to communicate errors with the campaigns: at the moment these messages are teched from Facebook's side and sometimes they are quite ambiguous. From the optimization tools, creative templates and improved workflows Smartly has everything you need to scale your business. Smartly also has an amazing customer support system that helps you troubleshoot any issues within minutes. Everyone there is super smart, it's kind of ironic. The personalized approach to marketing and helping the advertiser to scale make it easy for us to invest further and identify potential growth. What do you like best about Smartly?

Ease of use and continued improvement of the UI. Support is always their online when required. Our dynamic ads run really well and the results delivered meets and exceeds targets. We are looking forward to implementing even more dynamic ads to improve on our good performance. Creating campaigns is also somewhat more streamlined than using Facebook Ads Manager. What do you dislike about Smartly?

Niggling bugs and downtime of our dynamic ads. Sometimes when I go to support for assistance with bugs there is no resolution. Error messages that I occur are also mostly not informative. A lot of the times it will be Unknown Error. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Smartly?

Extremely time consuming for all businesses trying to scale in marketing. We use Smartly to automatically bulk upload campaigns. In other words, the platform is so robust, complex, and intelligent because it uses a google feed to automatically launch campaigns and create dynamic creatives based off the feed as well.
