Smartlook Pros and Cons

I like the best about Smartlook is that it helps me easily create heat maps and thus receive visual analytics of user behavior on our website, for example where user drop-off happens, etc. I use this everyday at work to see how users are using our website, which button are they clicking on, which button they are skipping, it helps me as a PM to make informed UI/UX decisions. The filters should have more options like country and state selection to check the users interacting from our targeted locations. Second is error explanation. sometimes all sessions are not properly recorded, there are glitches, hangs or some screen are just not shown, although it is not frequent but yes this happens. one more frustration is that sometimes sessions are not recorded of nearly happened session like an hours ago or two hour ago, but smartlook does not tell upfront that these sessions are not well recorded but we have to check all one by one and find out that they are not well recorded.
