What do you like best about Smartlook?
Good, easy-to-use UI. You can see the recordings but also URLs, referers, and other interesting data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Smartlook?
It doesn't always match our other analytics (Google Analytics, etc.), which makes it a bit of a mess when I'm trying to put numbers on behaviours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Smartlook?
I had no idea how my visitors were interacting with my website until I ran across Smartlook. There were dead ends that people were hitting that they were not pleased with and immediately decided to close the window on which was extremely painful to see but we made some necessary changes and will continue to iterate until we get it right. Easy to setup. I've used it to see how people use my site and whether it's intuitive. The filters make it easy to select meaningful sessions, and the starring and commenting are great for teamwork.
