I love how easy SmartDollar is to use! It was simple to set up, it provides great teaching, and it's filled with easy-to-understand personal financial information. I also love the connection with the EveryDollar budgeting app. It's so easy to create a monthly spending plan and keep track of our expenses throughout the month. The website is easy to navigate, and you can almost always find what you are looking for with all the tools it provides. It was easy to send to our team members, and on the admin side, it was easy to track the points gained for incentives. Our relationship managers, Marie and Blake, have provided great support. I really like the tools and the videos. There is so much there that makes you excited and encouraged to keep going. I feel like there is a resource for everything. The videos are up to date, and the platform is easy to navigate. From an adminsteration side for my company, it has been so cool to watch people jump in here and use the platform. We started a little lunch and learn called Buget Bites- it is a 10 week course. With the help of Nelson we got information for the class, shortened recap videos and workbooks to print. Its an easy platform to work with. Its easy to switch back and forth form the administration view and your personal view. A lot of great content for our team to process and they only have to go to one spot to find it all. Content all created for you to share for your team when doing campaigns. The software is impressive but what is even more impressive is our representative. Blake has gone above and beyond to ensure that all of our questions and concerns are addressed at all times. He understands that our schedules can be difficult and he is always very respectful of our time. The platform is easy to use and I feel that we have an amazing support system through Smart Dollar and could not be more satisfied. I was not sure in the beginning if this was really something we needed but it has been wonderful for those that have needed a little additional guidence. Forever greatful! Smart Dollar has been incredibly helpful to me! The videos are super helpful, and I love going back to rewatch them to stay motivated with my savings. The debt snowball tool has been a game changer — I really enjoy checking in on my progress and seeing how far I’ve come. The website and app are very easy to use and I have implemented using these tools Smart Dollar offers weekly. I like to update my progress and check in on my budget weekly and have integrated the budget feature as a monthly "project" I do to stay on track financially.

The customer support has been amazing, too. Caleb Adams is always just an email away and has been so helpful whenever our team has reached out and even checks in to see if there is anything he can assist with. SmartDollar is very easy to use and to deploy to my team. I like that they have monhly content to send out to my team as a reminder of this great benefit that our company is proud to offer them. Being able to give the tools to my team to take control of their finances and on their way to financial freedom is something I am very happy to do. I do wish their was a way to automate monthly emails to my team and that the email could be have rich context (graphics, link, etc) so they are more engaging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The access to the Every Dollar Budget, the free tax filing, and the ability to set up power of attorney and a will. As the "administrator" for Master Wall, I really enjoy being able to look at the points that each person has, and what kind of engagement they have with the service.

The only downside I see, would be the ability to have more employees engage with the service. You send out emails about drawings and incentives, and post bulletins about it. You see employees look at it and read over it, but they don't take the next step to sign up and see how good of a service it can be. There are several factors that contribute to this, I believe.
