When I started using SlashNext for our organization, it was just the desktop and mobile components, but we also added the Email Scanning feature. We have a very visible company with easy-to-guess email addresses, and spam and phishing are a constant concern. Using the mobile app, browser extensions, and email scanning for our primary targeted users will show us reports of directed phishing campaigns. It's better for these users to deal with 10-20 spam (not phishing) emails a day when we can show them the combination of tools is blocking hundreds to thousands of emails a day. I disliked only one thing about SlashNext, but the vendor provided a workaround. We had an issue where one of our senders uses an application that inputs a tracking cookie into their outgoing emails to see if the recipient opens the email. SlashNext looks through mailboxes with the Email Scanning feature integration and tags the email as opened. Easy fix to exclude a mailbox from the scanning feature and have the user emails those messages from that mailbox. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We were experiencing an increase in phishing emails, and with ransomware on the rise, we needed a solution that specifically went after the emails that most anti-spam systems missed. SlashNext has done that. We no longer have a problem with phishing and credential-stealing emails slipping through. SlashNext was extremely easy to set up and implement (Probably one of the easiest solutions to implement). The interface is easy to navigate and informative. The support has been excellent with a very quick response and follow-up until I am satisfied. SlashNext is one of many companies claiming to have an AI engine to analyze emails, but SlashNext actually catches more. We have 3 traditional email filters in place and SlashNext finds dozens of emails per week that other filters miss, including major industry leaders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only negative comments I have about SlashNext we have voiced directly to our account team and they are constantly working to improve on their shortcomings, specifically around their licensing model. SlashNext has been immensely helpful in detecting zero hour threats and providing a secure platform for the employees. I like how the lure pages show and are blocked from accessing. We have used all three SlashNext products. Mobile, Browser and Email. All 3 were incredibly simple to setup. The AI tech that they have developed has caught some very interesting phishing threats. I was convinced that they had blocked a False Positive, but after working with the Support team, they showed that this particular email had a malicious website URL contained within a PDF attachment that was sent through Linkedin.
