What do you like best about SKULabs?
We’ve been working with Sku Labs for over half a decade, and from day one, it has brought immediate structure to our fulfillment, inventory management, purchasing, and shipping processes. We use it DAILY and it's safe to say it's the heart of our business operations. It seamlessly integrated with our BigCommerce store and provided a way for us to organize, track, and analyze the 1,500 SKUs we manage in our business.
Thanks to the purchasing and analytics tabs in the Sku Labs software, we’ve been able to accurately order products in a timely manner, avoiding stockouts and gaining confidence that our inventory counts are always precise. Every aspect of our process—acceptance, cycle counts, and shipping—is meticulously tracked for each individual item. And that’s just the management side!
Sku Labs also integrates directly with our shipping department, enabling us to accurately pull and fulfill customer orders. The shipping features help our team identify the correct items for each order using images, internal notes, and any necessary communication between the customer, the shipper, and our customer service team. Batch printing has been a game-changer for our shipping operations, making us incredibly efficient.
Finally, my favorite part of Sku Labs is the incredible team behind the software. We’ve had the pleasure of meeting Kevin and Shaun recently, though we’ve been in touch with them and their team for years. They’ve consistently been attentive to our needs, always quick to address any questions, and willing to go above and beyond to add custom features that benefit our business. It’s been a true pleasure working with them and seeing that they share the same level of passion for Sku Labs as we do for our own business.

What do you dislike about SKULabs?
In the beginning, as the person responsible for implementing the software, it was a growing process to fine-tune the program to meet our specific needs over the years. The only thing I might have wished for at the time was a dedicated engineer or Sku Labs representative who could focus on guiding us through the features most relevant to our business. With so many powerful options available in Sku Labs, it can feel overwhelming to figure out which ones to prioritize.
Having someone provide a bit more dedicated, hands-on attention during the first week—beyond their excellent support line—could be a valuable addition to their onboarding process. That said, they may already offer something like this now, as the company has grown alongside us. To be clear, their customer service is truly incredible, but a more tailored and intimate onboarding experience could make the transition even smoother for new users.
