Skillable provides a virtual real time experience for students to get hands on practice with the software they wish to learn. We can put exercise files and the software on a virtual machine and have all the students log in with their individual Id's so they can get a hands on experience with the software. Adults learn better if they can follow a book, hear the instructor and practice hands on training. The success rate is far better for individuals who can do all three of the above learning methods. Skillable provides that type of atmospherre. We as instructors can also monitor the students computers and give assistance when necessary. The standout feature of Skillable that I appreciate the most is its user-friendly interface, which makes the practical lab experience effortless. I extensively utilize Skillable for various courses, primarily MD-102, but also for the previous labs of MD-100 and MD-101. One aspect of Skillable that I find displeasing is the occasional difficulty encountered when attempting to paste PowerShell commands into Windows 11. Additionally, the labs for Md-102 are consolidated into a single unit, meaning that if you inadvertently end a lab prematurely, you must start over and complete all the prerequisite labs again. Skillable can scale to absurd levels in the event that you are working with large audiences.

The "completed" status of a lab takes a long time to be reflected in the overview, which leads learners to start the instance again and by that resetting the status to "incomplete".
