What do you like best about Sitehelpdesk HelpDesk?

Sitehelpdesk is an incredible solution to record incidents. What I like most is its portal oriented to the immediate response of the tickets with its self-service center. I consider that it has a board with all the administration, reports and management services sections located visually, to make it easier for technicians to enter the functions. What do you dislike about Sitehelpdesk HelpDesk?

It is a platform based on the efficiency of services, so it lacks a modern interface. On the other hand, I have not had inconveniences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
