What do you like best about siteGPT?

Ease of setup. SiteGPT makes it easy & intuitive to get your chatbot setup & working in no time at all - anyone can do it. The customer support and help, if you need it, is also top notch. The developers/founders stand behind this product and do all they can to help you succeed with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about siteGPT?

My only downside (which is a small one) is there is no easy way to mass re-train the bot on data... I believe this is being worked on! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is siteGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?

Customer support & 24hr chat - customers can chat with the bot at any time... They get product help, general support, DIY assistance, etc! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have used the chatbot for my ecommerce store, where i had given the knowledgebase articles to be triggered when customer or user input the query, it was understanding the query and was giving relevant knowledge base, with a human like interaction Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
