What do you like best about Simplus?

Their solution specialists have years of expertise and are thought leaders in the Q2C and CLM industries. Transparent and frequent communication keeps all parties on the same page and avoids surprises. They are excellent at determining and obtaining a complete picture of where the customer wishes to go, and they have both industry experience and understanding of the general toolkits available on the market to develop the ideal solution for each specific customer. What do you dislike about Simplus?

There was nothing I didn't enjoy about this trip, Simplus substantially transformed the company's operations and improved its capacity to grow more quickly. They can be very specific about the work they take on, and I understand that some clients may not meet their criteria in terms of company size or service agreement size, but I believe they can gain real clout in the industry if they start working outside of their wheelhouse and begin to expand into other markets. What problems is Simplus solving and how is that benefiting you?

High ROI is achieved by combining numerous independent operations into a simplified and uniform workflow. The product package assists clients in managing, creating, negotiating, and signing all critical papers used throughout their business operations, all from data inside Salesforce. It satisfies business criteria that our old CPQ environment did not. I'm sure I don't fully understand the extent of what Simplus has to offer, and the team that helped us was GREAT, but in our case it has made our sales job more tedious and way less efficient. We have a long way to go to get back to baseline productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Simplus?

It allows us to amend contracts that are already activated, which helps out our accounting and order processing team. I can't speak for how it compares to competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Simplus?

Everything seems to go slower in Salesforce, our pricing and quotes are inaccurate, and we constantly have to get help or approvals from upper management/other departments in order to move forward with what we're doing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Simplus solving and how is that benefiting you?

As stated above, the main issue and solution I've seen Simplus provide is the ability to amend activated contracts. So far, I am not more productive and feel like 5 years of experience is no longer valid because I'm learning as if I'm new. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Simplus?

Their teams have done it many times before- they advise you on what industry best practices are + more importantly what you can't just read in a blog or hear at a conference. They will keep you "off the rocks" and help keep you from doing things you shouldn't now for the current Org or do something that will be hard o maintain. Grant, Michelle, Bridget that team is very strong in so many ways- their weekly update meetings keep us informed and allow us to cascade out to our teams very transparent updates. Also- Simplus does a great job of testing and providing test "proof" back to validate requirements met. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Simplus?

Very very rarely "our favorite" developer was not available to do a quick project - really not a big deal at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Simplus:

They advertise heavily that they are "CPQ" focused- true they are. But they bring so much more to bear. If you need CPQ + other help like a Lighting Project.. consider an MSA. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Simplus solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were able to implement CPQ, then the Contract Object to automate renewals. Have also had MSA with Simplus to do quite a bit of work we don't have the skillset to do. They have a deep bench and access to many"recipes" done elsewhere we are happy to pay to tap into. They also did an AMAZING job of converting our Knowledge Base to Lighting. The 2 best aspects of the Simplus experience were: (1) the way they very clearly laid out the plan and the core milestones. I knew what to expect and when and (2) the way they invested in the final hand-off. The project would only be successful if I knew what to do and could operate without their help. Simplus came in and helped one of my clients improve their quoting process in a major way. The client originally came to me with an idea on how to develop an API to connect their proprietary pricing tool to our document generation solution. Through a deep discovery and analysis process, Simplus proposed an alternative solution which was incorporating CPQ because it would solve many more business bottlenecks than just the one issue they came to us for. What do you like best about Simplus?

The best thing about Simplus is the knowledge they bring with them. We have a pretty complex system of process that were built out by a couple other companies and they have learned those processes fairly quick to help with a fast turn around when we have issues.
