There was nothing I didn't enjoy about this trip, Simplus substantially transformed the company's operations and improved its capacity to grow more quickly. They can be very specific about the work they take on, and I understand that some clients may not meet their criteria in terms of company size or service agreement size, but I believe they can gain real clout in the industry if they start working outside of their wheelhouse and begin to expand into other markets. Their teams have done it many times before- they advise you on what industry best practices are + more importantly what you can't just read in a blog or hear at a conference. They will keep you "off the rocks" and help keep you from doing things you shouldn't now for the current Org or do something that will be hard o maintain. Grant, Michelle, Bridget that team is very strong in so many ways- their weekly update meetings keep us informed and allow us to cascade out to our teams very transparent updates.
