Our group routinely uses Simple Poll plug-in through Slack. It's was easy to setup, is integrated with the rest of our communication (mainly through Slack) and it helps us get to decisions faster (eg. scheduling meetings and social events) in the most democratic way possible! I really enjoy the way that the app streamlines the process of asking a large group for their opinions or responses to a closed form answer. I can also edit many of the responses to include features like anonymity.
