Excellent discovery and understanding of our requirements.

We hired Simpala as an implementation partner to project manage the build of Salesforce Sales Cloud CRM for our 3 year old startup business. Salesforce can be complex and Simpala saved a significant amount of time for senior people in our company by conducting thorough discovery, and then leading us through the implementation project with a clear and well qualified plan, weekly update meetings and effective communications via a shared Slack channel.
