The interface is really easy to use, designed like a modern website with user experience in mind. I think it's really great that transcription in different languages is offered, especially when you have international projects.
What I also like is that they allow you to cobble together different video clips, rather than just uploading one single video file. The ability to edit videos like that on the website before sending them off to transcription is really neat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Since ordering transcription and translation is fairly simple, I haven't necessarily found any negative aspects of the website. I wish it could do robust sentiment analysis because my main goal with transcribing videos is to use them for research and identifying insights. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
