Silverbucket is easy to use and adapts well in different situations.
Most of the metadata units are easy to adapt to different situations and modifications are quick and easy to do.
Adding new users, projects and customers is quick and easy. All data can be modified later if changes occuer.

The first UI was best, easy and quick to use, now there is more scrolling and too much of empty space, which makes the scrolling slower. Tool does not support management reporting at all.
