True professionalism. Sometimes when you're dealing with red teams that have skilled hackers on their team, they may have some quirky folks who may not be the most pleasant or comfortable to work with them, especially during scoping calls where the non hackers non tech folk are also present. So I I appreciate their consistent professionalism and not making anyone on any caller in any room feel like they were lesser for not, you know, being a lifelong computer hacker that myself and my hobbyist hacker. So I also have a preference in favor for people who do what. Do and don't use our abilities for things that are illegal and immoral. Their project manager was also fantastic when it came to coordination of dates, times and wherever my involvement need to be. I appreciate that sort of communication because my prior linguistic experiences, UPS driver communication, was absolutely critical to any kind of mission success. I don't think I could really say there was anything that was particularly unlikable or weak in the areas where they needed them to be strong. There's always a trade off when you are using a consulting firm in a third party, especially when you're required to use a third party so that you're not auditing yourself well with bias. Can't really say there's anything bad about them. Sikich is responsible for updating and making all of the configuration changes to our Navision Serenic software. We use our in-house techs to install the software for various employees, but when changes to the actual software are needed, we contact Sikich to take care of the task. We also have a maintenance and support contract through Sikich for Serenic BREP and Jet Reports that gives us access to 1 essentails connector, 5 designers, and 5 viewers. The company is always available when we need them. They are very knowledgeable in regards to Navision Serenic and how it works. They are capable of making any changes that we need; like adding services and functions to improve our business processes. They update program codes when needed and assist with ACH file transfers.
