I absolutely love how easy to navigate and create sign ups are. At the click of a button you can easily create and publish a sign up for any upcoming or future events that require volunteers, meetings, or a list of contributions needed. I enjoy using SignUp Genius for our events that require lots of organization and volunteer help. It is easy to use and laid out in a simple format that even the most basic users can utilize. I especially like that you can customize volunteer time frames and dates, so for example if certain volunteer slots need to be different or shorter/longer than others, you can adjust. Signup Genius lets teachers easily organize multiple conferences on the same day. When a parent requests a conference, I can send them an email with a link to sign up. It is a little difficult to remember how to set up the sign up sheet exactly each time I use it. I was there was a saved button that would set up the sign up sheet the same way I used it in the past. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For employee engagement sign-ups, this is the best for time slots. Ex. blood drive - setting up individual times for donors to come to the blood drive. The employees can pick the time slot that works best for them and Sign-up genius will keep it organized and even send out reminders.
