I really like seeing who is signed up for items/spots. This is helpful when planning to volunteer for something. Clicking multiple signup options and submitting at the end also helps. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to add to outlook. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The adds are very distracting - not only during the process of using signup genius, but also after you have signed up, then clicking through several different "freebies" is frustrating as well. Not all of my signups are always captured under my profile on the website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SignUpGenius can be blasted out via email quickly to your group or organization. There is plenty of customization to create the needed timeslots, size of pairings, and the ability to edit as needed. There are even calendar add-ons and email reminders of what you signed up for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Aesthetically it is elementary. They also do have ads featured on their page and will lightly spam your inbox once you use their service. But the pros far outweigh the cons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
SignUp Genius is a fantastic software that allows users to create signups for future events. It is incredibly easy to use and comes with loads of options -- signups can be anonymized or publicized, limits on signups can be enforced or removed, and notifications for event goers can be turned on and off. Importantly, SignUp Genius allows users to input key event information into the signup itself -- information like location (including venue name and address), leaders, and even basic instructions for the event. Its power only amplifies exponentially the greater the number of people that get involved. While applications like Doodle are best suited for voting, SignUp Genius excels in its ability to place people into different timeslots that work for them. It is less a voting platform and more a scheduling platform, and it does this incredibly well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Overall, SignUp Genius is exceptional -- however, it loses a bit of value given its relatively inferior mobile site. On a cell phone, the site is definitely manageable, but it would almost be better suited to ditch the mobile site entirely. Often each page only contains a single event day, meaning that some signups will be dozens of pages long if enough options are available -- this becomes absolutely untenable on the phone, and thus SignUp Genius, like many other software, is best suited for the desktop experience. As a teacher, often scheduling student teacher conferences can be a nightmare for both the teachers at school and for the office staff you does most of the scheduling. It can be difficult to determine our conference slots and match them up with parent availability, However, SignUpGenius made this process so much easier! Slots were determined per teacher and then the parents were just able to sign up! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It takes some learning to understand how the program works. We did a trial session just to see if there would not be any overlap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that you can customize your sign up/event/organizing to a theme and that you can invite your people really quickly all through the app. I've been pleased with not having to go through email with sign up genius. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think some of the interface could use a face lift. There are some themes that look decent but others that look like they could use some kind of a front end designer with CSS knowledge to help tidy up the look and feel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Creating sign up is SO easy with this program. I have created one in minutes because the functionality and ease of use is great. You can customize each one you create in terms of background, directions, and layout. We use this for every single sign up we need! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish there were more free themes to use or that they were rotated through. My company uses Sign Up Genius a lot and I keep having to use the same theme (background) when creating them because there are not too many business options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is easy to use and edit and I get notices when a slop gets used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I use it to set up parent meetings and it isn't connected to my Google Calander. I would like to automatically generate Google Meets and send the parents the Google Meet code. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love how customizable everything is. There are spots for information for them to type in like phone number and alternate name (for student). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
How do you delete slots? Other than that, I love everything on SignUpGenius! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't have to wait around to find out if people have signed up. I like that it gives the volunteers the power to schedule at a time that is convenient for them. I just send a link and they do the rest! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
That when a user signs up for something there is not an option somewhere to indicate that two people are signing up for something. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
