What do you like best about SignUpGenius?

There are a LOT of things to like about Signup Genius. It is very, very flexible in terms of being able to set it up in a way that very much suits one's needs on a unique level. My church, school, sports teams and other clients are using it to manage everything from donations, volunteer time, meal planning and more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SignUpGenius?

Some of the little designs / layouts are a bit amateur looking? But you are able to get in and customize them a bit to improve their appearance. I just find some are a bit outdated for my tastes, with cute little backgrounds and graphics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering SignUpGenius:

Take some time to get to know all the various options and controls within it to better create your forms. There's quite a bit of customization capability, and you may need to try a few different types of forms to obtain the type of data you need. There are a lot of help topics and tutorials to help you as you go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SignUpGenius solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are able to coordinate all sorts of different types of needs - it really allows you to stay in contact with all of the participants/volunteers/donors. It's easy to send a message out to everyone for reminders or additional notes and keep track of exact details without countless hours trying to man a spreadsheet with this sort of data.
