The admin UI leaves a bit to be desired. The template interface can be confusing and there is not a way to easily reload data from G Suite without overwriting existing user data in SignatureSatori. While the licensing is quite flexible and meets our needs, their explanation of the two licensing options leaves a bit to be desired.
