I use SignalHire daily for sourcing candidates and prospect contacts because it helps me find accurate emails and phone numbers for outbound recruiting and client outreach. I really appreciate how it solves the challenge of finding accurate contact data quickly, providing reliable emails and mobile numbers and reducing the time I spend on manual research. It also improves my outreach efficiency. What stands out to me is the high accuracy of emails and the availability of mobile numbers, which let me reach candidates faster and reduce bounce rates. This ultimately improves communication rates and allows my team to focus on qualified outreach instead of data cleanup. The Chrome extension is a great feature that makes capturing contacts from LinkedIn easy and speeds up our prospecting workflow. Launching a new project, especially an international one, used to mean a lot of time and effort spent searching for reliable local screenwriters, directors, or camera crews. With SignalHire, that struggle is gone. Now we can quickly find trustworthy professionals without being limited by location. I like that SignalHire is cost-effective compared to other players in the market and mostly provides reliable data. I find their Chrome extension very useful because it allows me to get contact details quickly. During our implementation, SignalHire just has a webhook, but we want a preview API-based enrichment that first gives us an indicative idea of which details are available before enrichment. Also, the webhook usually takes 7-10 seconds to give back the information, which is a trade-off. The initial setup was a bit hard, especially since they don't have the preview API and API-based enrichment, and the webhook is difficult to accommodate for us. While SignalHire is a useful tool, I have observed that some of the contact information it provides can sometimes be outdated or not entirely accurate. Additionally, I think it would be beneficial if there were more free search credits or trial options available, allowing users to better explore all of its features before deciding to purchase a paid plan. This tool fits naturally into my daily prospecting workflow, especially on LinkedIn. It consistently delivers 95–97% verified email accuracy and provides direct mobile numbers for roughly 70% of contacts.
