I used SignalHire for 1 month sparingly and then received a restriction and warning from LinkedIn. This was the only extension I was using on LinkedIn. I notified the company that I could afford to lose my LinkedIn account and would no longer be using their software extension. The following month I was billed $43.00 again. I reached out to support via email and phone (Anastacia was sending support messages and sorry to see you go) but no one responded to any of my email requests nor did they return my phone call. I do not recommend using this tool for 2 reasons, no real support and LinkedIn apparently can detect even if only using it minimally. The CSV upload of linkedin profiles to find contact details is the best feature by far. Also, it offers flexible plans for free trials.
