What I like the most is that it stores all the information in a separate custom object, so you can see all the past changes in a related list. When you look at a contact, you can easily see all the context and past activity to then reach out for a promotion, left company, rebrand, etc. I also like how Sifdata shows the confidence level and compares the old vs. new value. We've been searching for Sifdata for years for the following use cases:
1) CSM: if a major POC at an account leaves the company, alert CSM to forge new relationship
2) BDR: if an evangelist leaves an account, then lands a role at a different target account, alert BDR to reach out
