I've had the benefit of using various Sales Enablement platforms in my previous organisation as Sales Enablement Manager, so instantly recognised the need for such a platform in my new position as Head of Marketing, at a new organisation.
Compared to other offerings, Showell is highly capable and great value for the business. The sales team can access the curated files they need, wherever they are, online and offline, on any device they use. Video, documents, drawings and their own files all accessible in one location. A single source of truth! Plus it is extremely straightforward for the team to share large or many files that otherwise would not be possible over email. All recipients land on a branded share page which looks professional and most importantly enables the sales team to see who has accessed the content and when.
The Showell team were also very supportive with onboarding and have continued to support us long after we signed up. We've been using the system for coming up to a year, and our Customer Success Manager Eetu regularly checks in on our use and is positivity receptive to feedback.

Not really, but it's a big administration job with all the underlying accounts that must be distributed and kept track of. Sometimes I think it would have been nice to buy total access so you can do what you want - not many separate accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The system is well put together and has a nice design. It works on multiple devices without any issues, and it has handy features. Customisation and branding are easy. User- as well as content management are easy and intuitive. From the user's perspective, the system is flexible enough without being complex and complicated.

We've been using Showell for more than a year now. I have not come across anything that I particularly dislike. Some elements can be improved, like in any system. Still, I'm satisfied as the system is constantly being developed, and we receive annual updates and new features based on their findings and their customers' feedback.
