What is very much appreciated is how easy it is to use Showell for the user as well as the admin. I have been using that from both points of view to make it as easy to follow for my stakeholders and I have to say that it really serves its purpose. Customized dashboards together with easy-to-follow aesthetics allow troubleless use even for beginner users. Also from the admin standpoint, the backend is pretty intuitive and it's just a matter of some time spent to grasp the essentials, and then with some more experience, you just follow the logic. The mobile app could be improved - The pictures are often cropped, and the app glitches sometimes which leads to the necessity of closing and opening again.
