My company has used Shipworks for almost a decade. It saves our shipper a lot of time since it pulls feed from Amazon and prefills all the shipment info into UPS Worldship. We do not like the interface of Shipworks, we do not like having to constantly reconfigure our printers. Shipworks also does not properly send follow up emails to customers at all, a huge headache that never worked forcing us to look for alternatives for delivering tracking information and other emails to customers which should have worked better on Shipworks.
