Ship time is a small organization with a poor shipping experience. Slow rate response, poor customer service and very bad e-commerce integration. Very few functionality that works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A lot of the other shipping services out only work for American folks. Shiptime works for mailing in Canada, and is super easy to use. Literally my only possible complaint I could make is that when I had to file an insurance claim for a damaged parcel, it took about 45 days to actually get the cheque in the mail as it ships from the US Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It would be nice to have mobile app for their product. When switching between US and Canada on the website in the quick quotes there are issues and I am unable to retrieve a quote that way.
