The back of house reporting system lacks the ability to refine search abilities, has too many glitches with batching out daily reports, it's hard to pull up a detailed report after only 30 days, constantly having to call the support rep to archive tabs because it's slowing our system down and servers are having to wait to open or close tabs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
