What do you like best about ServicePRO?

Service Pro is completely web-based with no desktop client needed. It is responsive and presents a nice interface for both our 50 technicians and our end-users when handling work orders, purchase requests and change management requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ServicePRO?

Even though the software is web based, it still requires a small download of helper software on the technician PC to ensure full functionality. This is still much better than the previous HelpStar version of the software. Reporting could also be a little easier in terms of customization but the canned reports cover about 90% of our needs.
