We are using SOW(Service Operations Workspace) for IT service management for support agents on ServiceNow. It is inherited from an existing Helpmate agent portal. The new workplace intends to provide an upgraded look and feel, apart from new and better features.

New Features include:

Quick visibility to assigned work, announcements and tasks.

Organise and plan day to day services and support efficiently

View ongoing and predicated operations issues grouped by type and ranked by severity.
