What do you like best about ServiceNow Subscription Management?

When I log into ServiceNow Subscription Management I can see a dashboard that tracks all our software licenses and subscriptions, from Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud to data analysis tools. I like that Service now subscription management allows me and my team to set up automated renewal reminders, so we can be alerted before the deadline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ServiceNow Subscription Management?

I dislike the ServiceNow Subscription Management initial setup. I work with multiple vendors to pull in accurate usage and billing data. ServiceNow Subscription Management require integration with user directories, and the actual software applications to track usage accurately. What do you like best about ServiceNow Subscription Management?

A great for incident management, we use it as a tracking system for our all the issues including client. It provides an centralized dashboard that can easily provides us information about different issues based on category and who is assigned to work on the issues. Moreover it has great support for api's so we have integrated with cloud services to keep track on them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can not think about anything that dislike about servicenow only thing that I feel is it is but costly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ServiceNow Subscription Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

In our case we have integrated the servicenow with different cloud products to keep eye on them and to keep track on incidents. By using api's we now can create incidents and assigned to particular team to work on. Basically made the work easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Its implementaion is very easy and sorted, its feature helps you to manage multiple licenses, UI is very user friendly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ServiceNow Subscription Management?

We have setup an inventory with meta information to find all information about clients and providers easily. We use it also as a tracking system to follow all the issues and clients requests. It also has several categories for the issues, and we divided them by tasks. Everything is setup through individual persons but also is done by groups. This way a simple task can be assigned to an specific individual or to a full group.

The permission system is very complete granting the correct level to each person and each group. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ServiceNow Subscription Management?

Filters is the worst part of Service Now. It does support regex but not full. It supports some expressions using wildcards, but not full. And it takes a while to learn the correct usage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Service now is a good way to concentrate a ticket system, inventories, tracking issues and tasks. Everything with the correct permissions on each person and groups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When a client needs help or has issues, the support team creates a new ticket to follow and track the issue or request. Then it's devided into tasks and all teams involved have assigned each one. As the tracking is easy due to the fact that each task have it's own status, the support team can view the progress and inform the estimated time of resolution. The service is an add-on to the application and is enabled by default. Monitoring the subscriptions is a cakewalk with tracking usage and adjust allocations. User-based and capacity licenses all can be checked at one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
