What do you like best about ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management?

It has every type of solution required or an enterprise to operate. From the simplest task of raising a request item to get a hold of information from some team to raising a whole change request that manages what goes into production. The best part of ServiceNow for me is its Configuration Item setup.One can get in-depth information about an application/server/database etc from a single piece of unique code called Configuration Item.

It also has KDB Articles (Knowledge Database Articles) that helps understanding a process within ServiceNow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management?

The only thing that I think ServiceNow can work upon is its Reporting tool. It lacks advanced filters as group conditional formatting and has very limited data visualization schemes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would recommend you to request a demo from the ServiceNow team and you will find that they have a lot to offer to make your business go smoother and hassle free. The sheer amount of solutions offered by the software can make Enterprise management a lot easier. The DOC escalation feature can help you escalate an issue to ServiceNow team which is capable of finding the right team in the shortest amount of time to mitigate the impact on the business. What problems is ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are using to do incident management, request information processing and change management. We also use it do compliance management. Reports are helping us in getting a bigger view of the whole picture of what's going on in the organization and see a forecast a pattern to be precautious about any incident that might adversely impact the business. ServiceNow is an easy to use tool, keeping track of the issues being worked on up to resolution. Not only for tracking of tickets but also for reporting and collaboration between business, consultants and key users. The notifications are helpful to resolve issues faster, the Knowledge base repository is one feature that I also liked. Cloud based, exposes variety of webservices for support teams, Provide self service portals for end users, can be used for different types of services ranging from end user inquiry to organization' change control procedures etc. Provides various real time reports to show the current dash board. We use it to support end user inquiries and it has been quite helpful making sure the requests are assigned to the right individual. IT tracks the SLAs appropriately and takes number of actions upon breach of SLAs. We also use it to manage our change management process.
