What do you like best about ServiceNow Now Platform?

Integration challenges are a constant concern for developers, but ServiceNow makes it a breeze. Seamlessly connecting with other tools and systems helps create a unified view of operations. This level of integration is essential for harnessing data effectively and facilitating informed decision-making.

What do you dislike about ServiceNow Now Platform?

While ServiceNow does offer a range of customization options, delving into more complex customizations can sometimes feel like navigating a maze. It requires a deep understanding of the platform's intricacies and may lead to unforeseen challenges during upgrades or maintenance.

What problems is ServiceNow Now Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

We deal with a multitude of systems and tools, leading to data silos and inefficient data exchange. ServiceNow acts as an integration hub, enabling seamless connectivity through its RESTful APIs and orchestration capabilities.

Furthermore, ServiceNow excels in incident management, problem resolution, and change management, which are paramount in IT operations. Its ticketing system, service catalog, and reporting tools empower us to track, analyze, and resolve issues more effectively, reducing downtime and minimizing service disruptions.

What do you like best about ServiceNow Now Platform?

The level of customisation is awesome and UI is very intriguing. I use this everyday to manage and get reports assigned or resolved by my team. I use this too to request new software in our company.we can practically integrate this tool with any other tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ServiceNow Now Platform?

The customisation comes with too many hurdles and we need to do more work to achieve. The cost of the tool is too high and there are few cheap alternatives also.We have low control on few of the algorithms used in this tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ServiceNow Now Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

This tool is amazing to organise, prioritise and allocate incidents to individual people.We use this tool to keep a track of our daily work orders and we use this too to keep as a software order request. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is little to say about disliking anything in the ServiceNow Tokyo release. However, there is room for improvement in the field of template design. Impersonating should be revised again and given more rights. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

we use ServiceNow along with the JIRA tool. Our challenges were reduced to almost zero in the organisation.
