The level of customisation is awesome and UI is very intriguing. I use this everyday to manage and get reports assigned or resolved by my team. What do you dislike about ServiceNow Now Platform?
The customisation comes with too many hurdles and we need to do more work to achieve. The cost of the tool is too high and there are few cheap alternatives also.We have low control on few of the algorithms used in this tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
