What do you like best about ServiceManager?

Service Manager is a centralized software by which I can Perform 3PL operations, integration of my jobs and enhance efficiency.It is very easy to implement which is easily understand by new one.It provides real-time visualization of services, shipments, and inventory, facilitating prompt, data-driven decisions which helps on operation.Service Manager uphold communication and collaboration and ensure team members and clients are in agreement. It has many customization options which adapt to our unique needs, and its scalability accommodates growth. It has user-friendly interface reduces training time, contributing to our success. What do you dislike about ServiceManager?

Service Manager has no doubt to provide best 3PL operation but it has some sort of limitations which are essential to acknowlege.First the initial learning curve getting more time investement for becoming fully proficient.Secondly the cost of subscription is quite high which is can be a concern for budget-conscious small organizations.. What do you like best about ServiceManager?

I prefer ServiceManager for its centralized management, workflow maintenance, and its analytics capabilities. It has helped me a lot in designing and maintaining the workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ServiceManager is a complex software and needs highly skilled people for working. When I was new to the software, it took me long to learn and practise the tool. So, I would recommend to make it easier to understand and less complex. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ServiceManager has helped me improve the overall performance of my team and utilization of the resources and inventory. It has also helped me to regulate my tasks and manage my time well. I also used ServiceManager for drawing out the trends of the management of out inventory and could make important data drive decisions throug it. What do you like best about ServiceManager?

Well, I think that the strength of Service manager is its ability to unify 3PL operation in one place. This is one stop shop for our logistic providing us visibility on our services, deliveries and stock. I admit it to be bluntly; the learning process had some ups and downs. We found it difficult to become accustomed. The subscription costs might also pose concern to our smaller team due to its tight budget. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ServiceManager tackles inefficiencies head-on. It provides us with such crystal clear ‘real time’ view of our logistics, calculates important analytical data for us.
