It would be beneficial for my team if there was a pop up notification when a ticket was submitted that allows them to accept it without needing to refresh in ChangeGear. Changegear should give the seconds in addition to the hour and minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The user interface is simple to navigate. This tool is used for incident management, knowledge management, inventory, change management and even project management. We really like the fact that we can work with Sunview to customize to meet our needs or use straight out of the box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
