Integrated Automated Emails. This may not be exciting for others, but when using WordPress the option to handle messages via input boxes is lacking and it takes hunting down a good plugin to field the support, but then that means your site is becoming bloated. This option here is intuitive and functions like the rest of the backend, shortening my workload by keeping it in one place and giving me time to respond at convenience. While there are a number of options for site themes, the layouts themselves seem restrictive to what I prefer; then again most CMSs are, but there is an option for customizing via CSS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
