The fact that it is an all-in-one SEO tool that makes it relatively easy to use and it keeps all your SEO data in one place. Implementation was straightforward - you need to download their software onto your own computer. This is different to many of their competitos, most of whom tend to be cloud based. Customer support has been excellent so far. I am a total beginner and have received very helpful support whenever I've neded it. I only started using their software a few weeks ago and am still in their "free trial" period. I use it regularly, at least 2-3 times per wkks. I like best that I can track unlimited keywords and have so many different options for keyword research. It was also pretty easy to install the programmes and integrate the different accounts like Search Console...

In the moment I use the RankTracker nearly every work day because of a website relaunch. Therefore the Website Auditor and LinkAssistant will come handy in the near future as well.

When I encountered a technical issue I sent the error protocol and a note to support and received an answer in less than 2 hours.

When I research some keywords in the different sources (Keyword-Planner, Autosuggest...) I have to enter them in each tool once again. But now I just write my desired keywords into a document and copy them into each tool. So no big issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The software is very heavy and my computer did slow down. After 1 year and 3 months of use I can say that the data seem not always reliable. Some positive reviews you see are because they give 3 more months free for customers who post reviews after first purchase.

The worst thing is that they renew your license before the expiration without notifying you and they do not refund your money.

The payment and subscription are managed by 2Checkout Verizon but they are not able to assist the customer and they seem accomplices of the company link-assistant. It is unacceptable that in 2025 a company that manege payment and subscription process don't send an email to notify the customers about a renewal (in advance). It is all the more unacceptable because they don't respect the term of payment and their customer service don't help customer to obtain the refund for a wrong renewal.

I like that it is an app that you can use on your computer. The customizable reports are great for providing timely information to clients on their SEO progress each month. I haven't yet explored some of the features of the platform, since there are so many, but I find it is a great tool to do what I need and provides great value to my business. It is slightly annoying that you have to open different software for each tool, but I do appreciate that you can just get what you need if you don't need all the pieces. It would be nice that the tools would integrate together a bit better once you have set up an account for a customer and that the information in one tool would be all linked together rather than separated. It's very cost-effective. I can run an unlimited number of queries and projects for one low fixed price, especially if you take advantage of their annual sales. Other SEO software gets expensive fast with more projects and search terms added. Also, I know the data collected is the most recent and not coming from a collective database that might be weeks or months old. Yes, it takes a little longer to run and get the reports, but it's not that bad with a high speed internet connection and proxy rotation. And it works great on my Macbook Air! It is slower than other SEO software because it has to do a manual data collection every time. I also have to be careful how many times I run ranking reports or crawl sites even though there is a proxy rotation feature (which is an added third-party cost of $25/month or more). I have been using the WebSite Auditor tool from SEO PowerSuite for well over a year now. It is a great tool for doing in-depth site audits and identifying areas that need technical SEO help. My favorite features are the Page Audit content editor, where you can make live content edits to a site in a staging platform, the Site Structure site audit, and the downloadable detailed reports. There is definitely a learning curve. The best way to learn is just by playing around with the tool and exploring the different features.
