Very easy to onboard onto the app. Quite intuitive. I just onboarded into this company. I initially poked around looking for game data. I was able to quickly figure out the tagging system, and create views that showed me some of the data I was looking for. As a market researcher, doing day-to-day comprehensive market analysis of the gaming market is the first thing for me. Having fast paced knowledge via product, become one step ahead from the others. First of all, I love SensorTower and happy to use this product. Of course,like every product, this product has its shortcomings, but as long as you reach users and get feedback, you are likely to improve yourself. So, thanks for reaching users. My thoughts are like that; First of all, SensorTower can be reached directly to users for efficient use of the updated product, for example, by arranging a short webinar, the user experience can be improved.The advantages of using the product related to specific areas should be presented to the users, for example, what are the issues that match-3 game studio pay attention to when analyzing the market or how people in different titles use this product etc. It would be useful to see the effect of application updates on downloads and revues in a short and concise way. We saw that the SoV and network data on the creative side are not healthy, some parts are wrong and missing (we checked our products), I think this should be improved. It would be nice to be notified and visible when applications and games are transferred to another account. Sensor Tower helps its users to analyze other Application and Games in every way. I believe that the best thing about Sensor Tower is to observe what your competitors focus on and give opportunity to your company for analyzing and applying new features to your application. SensorTower is always iterating their tools, products & filtering according to the needs of their customers. Those iterations provide significant impact practically. Personally, SensorTower's visual side is not my favourite tool out there. It isn't really affecting the functionality but I think there are room for improvement visually.
As an additional side, I would rather work with a full set of products without having to decide drop-off which products to reduce the cost. What I like best about sensor tower is it's robust taxonomy system, which allows you to target specific genres you're interested in all the while allowing for quick, efficient market survey. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like least about sensor tower is its user interface. I took a bit of getting used to before being fully comfortable. For example, selecting certain apps from the store analysis for closer inspection didn't always feel natural, especially when jumping between store analysis and usage intelligence. The current design of the dashboard, while clear and straightforward, leans towards a more minimalistic aesthetic. As a personal preference, a bit touch of color could make the dashboard even more visually engaging and enjoyable to use! Other than that, everything is perfect. The SensorTower panel is very easy to use. Due to a user-friendly interface, I can easily access the graphs of the analyzes I want to do. I can edit the graphics on an app basis and with various parameters. I can save my own dash and this is one of the points that increases the efficiency of use. When I'm doing market research, searching for specific apps in both the "Store Intelligence" and "Usage Intelligence" fields can be a lot more difficult than I would like. Maybe it's just me, but the UI is just not intuitive. Eventually I can usually find what I'm looking for, but it walways takes longer than I imagined it would/should.
