The ease with which you can get going and produce an introductory video is very impressive - and they have hit the user interface out of the park.

What I really like about Sendspark is its UX/UI. It's beautiful, makes sense, and feels like an established tool. I'm primarily using it for my cold outreach by embedding it in my email campaigns to gain trust by showing my face with a case study. The only negative thing about SendSpark might actually be their best thing. You can't add to your message anything else than a video, a few lines of text, and the CTA. But if there was anything more than that, the tool might be too complicated. :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SendSpark is the Apple of video recorders, excellent UX and is very intuitive to use. I currently use SendSpark for embedding videos into cold emailing outreach to make it much more approachable all the way reporting bugs/software glitches I experience along the way, saving countless back and forth. Currently, there are two things I would like improvement in; easier ability to switch between Workspaces and the ability to customize screen background or have cool blurry colours. I think that would elevate the UI of the videos as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was skeptical of using Sendspark after using Vidyard, Loom, and Tango (Loom being the easiest to use), but I was wrong: Sendspark is the clear winner in terms of ease of use and organization.

I especially enjoy the clean user interface, which makes videos easy to organize and keep track of. I also enjoy the drag and drop feature that isn't available on some of the others I mentioned above.

Also, trimming couldn't be easier.

In order to edit/trim videos, you have to actually have the video open (say, instead of having checked a video and these features popping up). I love the Chrome extension. It makes it super easy to record a video in a pinch, which we can then either log for our internal purposes in a knowledge base, or send directly to clients and prospects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Honestly, I haven't found anything about Sendspark that I'm unhappy with just yet. Their customer service is excellent and highly responsive. Many of the features that I was looking for in a video collaboration and sharing tool are already here. Are they as mature as a Vidyard and/or Loom? Not quite, but not far off. I primarily use Senspark for lead generation and send my business proposals. The template feature is excellent; you can send a personalized video to your leads and embed it in a well-made landing page. SendSpark is great for sending videos because the recipient always gets the video in the highest quality possible. With other email services, there's always a chance that the video will be compressed and not look as good as it could.
