"A technical yet effective tool for promotional emails."

What do you like best about SendSmith?

The best part of this tool is its accuracy in terms of email delivery and its campaign report statistics interface. It gives very details analysis of the campaign. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SendSmith?

Its user interface is very different from other email marketing service tools. I found it a bit difficult. I took lot of time to understand it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SendSmith solving and how is that benefiting you?

SendSmith is a 2nd generation email marketing platform launched in 2016. It is simple to use and offers a number of free responsive email templates that can be customised using drag-and-drop means. I love the collection of templates they offer. I can choose from 100+ templates for my email. This helps me a lot because as an assistant to the Dean, I have to send a ton of emails and using this helps me in sending those. The drag and drop feature is very helpful too because I can just use them to send emails which look presentable and professional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Because they are very new, their website is not that flawless and the interface feels laggy sometimes. If they can try to improve to that, I am sure their sales will definitely increase. Also, I think they should provide more freedom to users to customize their templates.

And the second thing is pricing. They should make it more affordable to increase their users exponentially. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Would definitely recommend it to anyone who send bulk emails every day. Makes your workload less and helps you create better email formats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use it at TCU to send emails to. students and other professors on behalf of the dean. It makes my work very easy because I do not have to think about creating new themes or templates for the emails. Thanks for all you do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
