not really a dislike, but just a fact of working with AI related tech. You have to be very specific on the paramaters to train it to give you the responses that you want. My experience using SellMeThisPen has been pleasant. User friendly, easy to navigate. I like the fact that i can write my own playbook! Even though i haven't make use of writing a difference playbook yet, the fact that i can open a whole road of possibility for me.

What I like most about SellMeThisPen and why I purchased it is because of the ability to do role plays. Yes, I could do this with other AI tools, but I can stay focused and get some good feedback this this specific tool. I was excited that I got a 93% on my first roll play. As a novice with the tool. I now need to do it more faithfully.

Sometimes it can be a bit "wonky" because it doesn't always give me the feedback I'm looking for from my sales calls and I would love to have it connect directly to my CRM, but that option is not available.

Any downsides I encountered initially have been rectified by the team, For example, initially the AI could only be used for one type of call but now they have expanded to include all of out call types, and their AI has even been trained to mimic our customers. SMTP allows me to role play on cold calls without using a real person. I'm a introvert and I hate cold calling. Thus using this system I don't really need to burn through my list of prospects.

I like SMTP as it is and I think its very useful. What I would like is that I can upload a list of objections for my industry and SMTP can give me suggestions or tips on how to handle it.
