I needed the option to do an order-level discount, meaning one coupon per order. Instead, they apply the discount to every item in the cart! You could also use the same discount code multiple times per transaction. The product was broken and unshippable, and they said they would submit this is a future feature request. What a joke. We have used the analytics feature the most where we easily understand the target customer stats and also our revenue from them.
