We are able to use the mobile devices remotely and test the functionalities of application and report the issue. User friendly- no complex procedures to be followed in order to get to the device. Simple and easy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Using attenuation is painful. If I want to change the channels that gets dramatic as whole lot of people will be testing using that particular set-up. So creating separate desks would help Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Paid tool so which cannot be afforded by all the companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1. The simplicity of the setup, only a couple of lines of code are required for integration and the test can be kicked off from your local IDE to run in parallel on the variety of the devices. Switching from on-premise to cloud execution is only matter of seconds
2. The above point assumes full CI/CD friendliness there is no need to develop any custom integration logic
3. SeeTestClient provides nice "syntax sugar" on top of normal Appium client drivers so routine tasks which require a lot of boilerplate code can be shortened to readable one-liners
4. Possibility to observe/debug running test in the real time
5. Really comprehensive documentation including sample projects, code examples, best practices, etc. so you basically even don't need to reach out to the support, but if you have to - they reply immediately Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are certain restrictions, for example not possible to use mobile:shell Appium command, however they can be worked around via SeeTestClient, limited number of supported programming languages/automation frameworks and missing possibility to use own reporting systems, however I cannot think of any major limitation which would be a dealbreaker Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Perfect fit for launch existing selenium and mobile tests in cloud.
Step-by-step instruction for the setup is clear, it goes smooth and easy.
Experitest support team is outstanding!
Reporting tool is great (huge amount of app snapshots provides in-depth details of
the test flow that is being executed).
Considering SeeTest offers infra both for Android and iOs (as well as selenium) - in the end of the day
it saves budget, and no more overhead with bunch of physical devices (multiplied by different
versions of iOs and Android) and no more overhead with browsers and selenium grid support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm used to using allure framework and report portal. Would be great to have an option to use customized reporting framework (apart from default one). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Experitest's support is second to none, and the provided documentation allows us to get up and running in no time. Implementing Android devices and deploying test apps to them is simple with the click of a button. We've even been able to test on 'unsupported' devices such as AndroidTV. Our on premise cloud experiences virtually zero downtime. We also like how quick SeeTest is to offer support for new versions of the OSs and devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Often times, I feel we aren't using SeeTest to its full potential, as I find some features unintuitive. There seems to be a heavier focus on Eclipse/IntelliJ vs Visual Studio and C#, which is what we've built our framework in. I think if we were able to invest more time in education around SeeTest, we could be more successful. We haven't found much use for the test run reporting within SeeTest, as we have developed our own report in our framework. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Because of the kind of company that we are and the use we make of the solution, we would like to have the ability to interact more via APY and less via browser. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
