As a HiTrust compliant remote company with a headquarters that most filter through only a few times a year, SecureW2 makes employee access frictionless. Their implementation team was incredibly responsive and helped us get into compliance quickly as we rolled out our network. Their customer service has been very present, one doesn't have to walk through 37 layers of automation to get to help the very few times we've needed to tweak something. The service removes the need for complex PKI infrastrucutre by utilising a full cloud solution which works hand in hand with Microsoft Intune to deploy machine-based certificates to Windows devices. There is no longer a requirement for password based auth for WIFI and VPN services due to using SecureW2 clould certs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
GUI adminisitration could potentially be improved in areas to make it a bit more user friendly, however I hardly need to go into the GUI as the deployment is straightforward so once you set it up you can leave it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
SecureW2's moden take on PKI has transformed our organisations certificate based authentication capabilities. It's ability to seamlessly integrate with modern device management platforms has enabled us to transition off legacy, active directory bound systems onto modern cloud native platforms. Additionally, SecureW2's service has been second-to-none. There is room for improvement in the UX experience for the administrator. Terminology across the different products within the platform, and the overall UX is not modern which is contradictory to the offering they're providing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The product is incredibly stable and reliable. Over the time we used SecureW2 we did not have a single incident or service disruption. The support is incredibly knowledgable and helpful and was a great help in setting up the service initially. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The admin portal seems a bit dated and not very easy to use. The initial setup is quite tricky and hard to debug if you don't have some experience in the field. The SecureW2 service allows us to securely and automaticaly segrate different users traffic without any input from users.
All client config for both mac and PC automatically pushed out using MDM.

What I like most about SecureW2 JoinNow is its simplicity in setting up secure, certificate-based network access. I would say that the setup process can be inconvenient on certain devices, occasional mobile crashes, and a dated interface. There is also sometimes challenges in getting initial connectivity, often requiring us to get with SecureW2 support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Certificate based authentication. Once set up, usually don't have to do any more authentication until the certificate expires. However, often things get 'ganked' and we have to reinstall it. This is mostly on phones where the profiles or something stops working after an iOS update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Mac Based Authentication is not working for us this year. It worked great last year but some of the updates on the backend have broken our implementation and we have yet to get resolution. Been working with support for 5 weeks now without a fix. Support team appears to be overwhelmed although they are very professional. The time difference in India is problematic for us US clients.
