Zero downsides that I've found. There may be some concerns for students switching to a JoinNow module to connect to WiFi, rather than just typing in their credentials, but this is the way the industry is moving for security's sake and I no longer think it's acceptable for PEAP username / password authentication to be used in a modern network. There are quite a few things that I liked about SecureW2.
1. The team is respsectful and supportive.
2. Product is amazing and after the implementation we did not receive any complaints from the usrs so far.

Implementing a NAC solution is very complicated. SecureW2 made it as easy as possible. Their support, Sameer specifically, was outstanding. Anytime we needed help, Sameer was there for us.
