The only downside I’ve noticed is that it takes some time to reindex after a change is made. As a result, some items may still show as "in stock," but when customers click on the thumbnail, they might find that it's actually out of stock. Since our site offers high-demand items, often considered "drops," this can sometimes lead to disappointment. The searching option in the search bar developed by Searchanise is easy to read and very orangized and bridge the gap that Shopify and WooCommerce by default only provides a very native and simple search bar that do not come with good GUI design and search filter function. I am in customer service myself, and I know great service when I see it. I have emailed Searchanise a couple times now with kind of "off the wall" requests, custom work even. They never turn me down. They figure out how to make me happy and make the app work for my business the way I want it to, and they did not charge me anything extra. Extremly happy. Everything that the native search function that Bigcommerce offers lacks, Searchanise fixes. It is a night and day difference that my customers get to experiance because of this affordable app. Total Game changer.

The only negative I can think of, is that it takes some time to reindex when a change is made, so on some items, it may still say "in stock" but when the customer clicks the thumbnail image, they find out its out of stock. Our site can have some very in demand items that are considered "drops" so this can definatlety affect peoples moods when they get dissapointed. Customer service is beyond expectations. We upgraded our store theme and they implemented the code for me again which is not part of my contract which made integration super easy. Whenever I have questions or just need help installing something or fixing bugs, they are very quick and responsive to help. I have been using them for 2-3 years now. The dashboard does take a little bit getting used to but the features and customizations fit our needs and beyond.
